Don Maitz is an illustrater who work primarily in the fantasy and science fiction areas but has extensive work in pirate themed art work. He has a traditional almost realistic style using mostly traditional techniques. His work has been used on a variety of things like book covers, screensavers and even a brande of rum were he designed and produced there company logo.
